Meet Teresa
Experienced, Local, Compassionate.
Hi, I'm Teresa. Birth is one of the most powerful experiences you'll ever have, and you don't have to navigate it alone.
I specialize in pain-coping techniques and birth plan coaching that you can trust. Whether you are a first-time parent or growing your family, my role is to ensure you feel safe, informed, and supported every step of the way.
One Unified Team
Doula • Partner • Clinical Staff
I work alongside your clinical team to provide non-medical, continuous support to you. We each play a distinct, vital role in your care.
Your Doula
Your constant, non-medical support. I provide comfort measures, calm coaching, and help communicating your preferences from early labor through immediate postpartum.
Your Partner
Brings love, familiarity, and intimate support. I help them feel confident and involved, ensuring they can focus on connecting with you rather than remembering logistics.
Clinical Staff
Your nurses and doctors lead your clinical care and safety. They manage the medical aspects of birth. I help facilitate communication so you understand your options.
Did you know? Research supports continuous one-to-one support (like a doula) in addition to regular nursing care for improved birth outcomes.
